SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply only to purchases made directly through mrscookiescash4crap.uk—not purchases completed through Whatnot.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Who we are
The website shop will be operated under the trading name MRSCOOKIESCASH4CRAP. Contact us at [email protected]. The trader’s full legal identity and geographical business address will be provided clearly before direct ordering is enabled and in the order information supplied to customers.
2. These terms
These terms will form part of the contract for goods ordered directly through this website. Please read them before ordering. They do not replace or reduce rights given to consumers by law.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and handmade or printed merchandise may have normal minor variations. Measurements and any stated tolerances will appear in the product description. Availability is subject to stock. None of this allows materially misdescribed goods.
Rescued, one-off or bin-dive finds
If a rescued or second-hand item is offered through the website, its second-hand status, known faults and condition will be described, and its photographs will form part of that description. Being rescued or second-hand does not remove your statutory rights.
4. Prices
Prices will be shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and will include applicable taxes where legally required. Delivery charges will be shown separately before you pay. If an obvious pricing error is found before we accept an order, we may contact you to correct it or let you cancel. We do not reserve a general right to undo an accepted order simply because we later dislike the price.
5. Placing an order
Before placing an order, you will be able to review the products, quantities, individual prices, delivery method and charge, taxes where applicable, and total payable, and correct obvious entry errors. The final button will make the payment obligation clear, using wording such as “Place order & pay”.
If checkout asks you to acknowledge these Shop Terms, the box will not be pre-ticked. The Privacy Policy will be provided as information about how data is used, not as contractual consent.
6. When a contract is formed
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated receipt confirms that we received it but is not acceptance. Unless the checkout and confirmation clearly state another lawful process, the contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We will provide the contract information on a durable medium, normally by email.
7. Payment
The payment provider and available methods will be identified in checkout before you commit. Card details must be entered only into the secure payment step; never send them by email or through the contact form. We will not claim to store complete payment-card details unless the implemented payment arrangement genuinely does so.
8. Availability and inability to fulfil
We may be unable to accept or fulfil an order because of a stock discrepancy, a damaged final unit, failed payment, an address or delivery restriction, or another genuine operational reason. We will tell you as soon as reasonably possible. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the amount due back will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Delivery
Available areas, methods, charges and estimates will be shown before payment and are explained on the Delivery Information page. We will deliver without undue delay and, unless another period is agreed with you, no later than 30 days after the contract is made.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you about a material delay and explain your options. You are responsible for supplying a complete, accurate address and for following reasonable carrier instructions about a failed delivery.
10. Cancellation, returns and problems
Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page explains change-of-mind rights, faulty or incorrect goods, return costs and refunds. It forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
11. Personalised and hygiene-sensitive products
A statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to genuinely sealed hygiene goods once unsealed. Any relevant exception will be made clear before purchase. Ordinary stocked branded merchandise is not treated as personalised merely because it carries the MRSCOOKIESCASH4CRAP design.
12. Our responsibility
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights. We are not responsible for a loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Goods are supplied for private use unless otherwise agreed, so we are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer purchases.
13. Changes and law
The terms provided when your order is placed apply to that order. We may update these terms for future orders. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers elsewhere in the UK of mandatory local protections or available courts.
14. Contact
Email [email protected], quoting your order number where applicable.
