Purchases made through Whatnot
Items purchased from MrsCookiesCash4Crap through Whatnot are purchased using the Whatnot platform. Whatnot’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Buyer Protection Policy and applicable UK consumer law apply to transactions made through Whatnot.
Bids and purchases
Bids and purchases on Whatnot are generally binding. Cancellation requests are not routinely accepted simply because a buyer changes their mind. However, cancellations, withdrawals, returns and refunds may still be available where required by Whatnot policy, Whatnot Buyer Protection or applicable UK consumer law.
Submit cancellation or order-support requests through Whatnot wherever possible so the order can be reviewed correctly.
Item condition
Before bidding or purchasing, review the photographs, description, condition information and statements made during the live show. Any material faults known to the seller should be disclosed appropriately.
Problems with an order
For an item not received, damage, an incorrect item, an item materially not as described or another fulfilment problem, use Whatnot’s order-support process. That gives Whatnot access to the transaction details needed to review the issue and any Buyer Protection claim.
