These terms apply to your use of https://mrscookiescash4crap.uk. They are not the contract for purchases made through our direct website shop; see the Shop Terms & Conditions. Purchases completed through Whatnot are covered separately in our Whatnot Guide.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape it abusively, impersonate someone else or use it in a way that harms another person or breaks the law.
3. Content and retail bin-diving
Website content is provided for information and entertainment. We take reasonable care with it, but it may become incomplete or out of date and we may correct or change it. Videos and stories are not instructions or permission to enter private property, restricted areas or waste containers. You remain responsible for the law, permissions and your safety.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the original branding, words, graphics, photographs and other site content are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view them for personal use. You must not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit them without permission or another lawful basis.
5. Messages and submissions
If you contact us, only send material you are entitled to share. Do not send unlawful, abusive, infringing or unnecessarily sensitive information. Those services are independent, control their own content and availability, and apply their own current terms and privacy practices. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from every error or security risk. We may suspend, withdraw or change parts of it where reasonably necessary.
8. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
So far as the law permits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses arising from personal use of the site, or for the acts, content or availability of independent third-party services.

We may update the website and these terms. The date at the top shows when these terms were last changed. Your continued use after a change means the updated terms apply from then on; a change does not retrospectively alter an existing purchase contract.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections available to you and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable law.
