Are the things you sell new?

Are items checked before sale?
Available checks and known condition details should be described with each item. No blanket guarantee is made here; the specific Whatnot listing and statements made during the show are what you should review.
Where do you sell the finds?

How do Whatnot auctions work?
Whatnot provides the live-selling platform, auction tools, payment processing and its own rules. Review the current information shown in the Whatnot app or website before taking part.
Can I cancel a winning bid or purchase?
Bids and purchases on Whatnot are generally binding, so a simple change of mind may not be accepted. Whatnot policy, Buyer Protection and applicable UK consumer law take precedence; submit requests through the order in Whatnot wherever possible.
What if there is a problem with my Whatnot order?
Use the support options attached to your order in Whatnot. That allows the platform to review the transaction, delivery and any applicable Buyer Protection properly.
Do you accept returns?
